In a supportive and safe space, we can explore your emotional reactions, reflect on unhelpful coping strategies and behavioral patterns, and begin to consider different perspectives on approaching life's challenges.
At the heart of my practice, I provide warmth and a compassionate, collaborative approach. My role is not to pass judgment or make decisions for you. I see each person as a unique individual with their own identity, emotions, and relationships. Embracing a “no one size fits all” approach, I draw on a variety of methods from Person-Centred Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and Transactional Analysis that enable me to work alongside your needs.
