In our fast-paced world, there can be a sense of hurrying to be okay, an urge to fix, or maybe we disconnect to function, possibly to survive.
We carry around what we have lived through, our future worries, the heaviness of expectations and obligations, all weighted into our present. What if there was space to place some of our weight?
When we experience an environment that feels held and safe, then we can begin to explore what might emerge. Therapy provides us with a space to be with what is going on in our minds, in our bodies, and in how we relate to ourselves and to others.
