I will meet you wherever you are, gently holding what arises with curiosity and kindness. My role isn’t to judge or decide for you. Instead, we’ll explore your thoughts, sensations, and emotional responses together. Noticing stories and patterns that come up, without denying, dismissing, or discarding them, but looking at them in a different way.
Reflecting on what might have kept us safe in the past, but now serve as unhelpful coping strategies, we can open ourselves to see what might not have been clear before. The possibility of new thoughts and different perspectives on approaching life's challenges can then begin to develop.
Embracing a “no one size fits all” approach, I draw on a variety of methods from Person-Centred Therapy, Gestalt Therapy, and Transactional Analysis that enable me to work alongside your needs.

Person-Centred Therapy fosters a collaborative and respectful relationship between client and counsellor.
